Customers can return, exchange or get a refund for there purchases within a period of one week.
Discounted products are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
Chocolate and chiller items items are not allowed to be returned or exchanged
You can contact us by WhatsApp to ask for return or exchange. Once we receive the item in the shop and after evaluation, we will contact you for confirmation if the product is in a good condition.
No return or exchange for damaged or opened products.
Return and Exchange is allowed only for Bahraini customers and does not include the GCC orders. For return and exchange requests.
