Suggested use
Brownies
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Oil, melted Coconut Oil or melted Butter/Ghee
- 1 package of Bob's Red Mill® Grain Free Brownie Mix
Preheat oven to 325°F. Oil an 8 x 8-inch pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, oil and brownie mix until well combined. Pour into pan.
For a fudgy brownie, bake for 20-22 minutes, until set and middle no longer jiggles. For a cakey brownie, bake for 25-28 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
Makes sixteen 2-inch brownies.
Ingredients: organic coconut sugar, blanched almond flour, cassavra flour, cococa (processed with alkali) cocoa, salt.
