• The black “On Fleek” Eyeliner by puroBIO Cosmetics has an intensive colour that is perfect for defining the shape of the eyes for an expressive look. The formula contains organic sage hydrosol, argan oil, plant glycerine and silica that culminate to achieve a semi-matte finish.

  The eyeliner is available in two varieties: 

• Brush tip: a thin, ultra-precision brush – ideal for creating an elegant look.
• Felt tip: a thicker felt tip brush – ideal for creating a cat-eye look or graphic lines.
