Natureland frying oil is made from a costly variety of sunflower seeds that are high in oleic acid, and thus more heat stable. We advise using this oil only once. This oil, unlike most refined oils, was not petrochemically extracted, and this is a huge advantage. It has been steam washed at 190°C, therefore do not heat it above 190°C.
