This pure tasting juice is a water extract of sundried unsulfured prunes with no added lemon juice or sugar. One cup of this juice contains the equivalent of 450g of fresh plums. All the ingredients are written, and no concentrates, flavors, or synthetic vitamins are added. This juice is pasteurized by a special heating process wherebye the juice is heated quickly to 60-85°C and immediately cooled. Besides killing off bacteria and enzymes, this process also preserves vitamins and nutrients that would otherwise be lost in conventional pasteurization.
